The Alarm work in the following way

  • The Help Alarm plugs into a standard BT land line.
  • You programme 3 telephone numbers into the main unit which will be contacted when the panic button is pressed.
  • The 3 numbers will be dialled consecutively (up to a cycle of 5 times) until a response is received.
  • The Panic Button works up to 30 metres away (clear sight) from the main unit.
  • The Water Resistant Fob Pouch means a Remote can be carried when washing/bathing.
  • The system has the facility to record a short 10 second message and store three prefixed telephone numbers of your choice.
