We will endeavour to deliver your order straight away, in most cases, if your order was placed before 1pm your product(s) will be shipped the same day (Monday - Friday). We will make deliveries by post, courier, engineer or other methods at our discretion.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
On the checkout page, you will be asked whether you qualify for the VAT exempt price. If you click this check box, you will not be charged VAT on applicable products. You should not check the box if the product is not zero rated or your not VAT exempt.
Eligibility for VAT ReliefYou do not have to be registered disabled to claim relief from VAT, but the nature of your illness or disablement must be specified in your declaration. Please see our VAT Guide for more information
- All goods are priced exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) at 20%, VAT is add automatically in the Shopping Cart to all products.
- VAT for EC Member States: Citizens of all Member States are treated equally declaration regime applies to these sales in exactly the same way as it does to internal, UK sales
- VAT Relief is available for some products, if the product is Zero Rated and you qualify for VAT exemption, simply fill in the form within the Checkout page and Vat will be deducted from all products in your shopping cart. We will send an electronic VAT Exemption form via email which must be returned to us either via post or email.
- Your order for goods is subject to availability. If we do not supply goods to you for any reason we will inform you of the situation and will not charge you for those goods.
You should NOT check the VAT Exemption Box:
- If the product is not Zero rated or your not VAT exempt
- In the case of a mixed order we have to calculated the Vat for you and adjust the payment to the correct total, a new invoice and exemption form will be sent to you. Please remember to let us know if you want to claim a VAT Refund, quoting your order number. The VAT Exemption Form has to be return to us before we can refund any Vat payments
- If payments are made ex VATand we do not receive a valid VAT Exemption Form we have to charge VAT on all purchases
Standard Courier Delivery
Smaller products will be delivered by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, products that weigh more than 2kg or classed as high value items will be delivered by one of our national couriers door step via courier
Roadside delivery services are available for larger goods or pallet deliveries. The Item will be delivered in boxes or on a pallets...and the driver can only deliver to the roadside, if he cannot get to the premise . Therefore you the customer will need to be able to unpack the boxes or move them into your warehouse, home or premises on delivery.

Silver Sevice Delivery
We can arrange for Power Chairs, Electric Wheelchair and Mobility Scooters or other larger products to be delivered and set up at your delivery address.
Your item will be assembled and delivered by engineers, they will show you how to use the item and make any necessary adjustments, leaving you fully happy with your new item.
You will have your product ready to use, with no assembly necessary and no packaging to dispose of. The charge for this service is £95.00 (ex Vat)

We will advice our customers of any surcharges before we process the order. Surcharges for locations below or international orders are applied by weight and location.

Pricing & Methods of Payment
Most of the Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of any delivery packing and insurance charges. VAT (Value Added Tax) is payable on all invoiced prices ( where applicable) at the appropriate rate ruling at the tax point. VAT can be deducted on the checkout page ( Please see Guide to VAT Relief). A valid VAT form must be returned if the customer claims VAT Relief
Payment Options and Card Security
We use SagePay for all credit card transactions and security, they are fully approved as a Level 1 compliant provider under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This is the highest level of compliance that can be achieved. We do Not store customers credit card details on our system
SagePay will carry out the following checks when you use your credit card :
Address Verification System: If there is a mismatch, the transaction will be declined
Card Security Code: Three-digit code printed on the signature strip
3-D Secure: 3D Secure technology provides a more secure method for authenticating the Cardholder at the time of the transaction, therefore minimising fraudulent transactions.Online connection is made with the issuing bank and the cardholder is required to enter a previously agreed PIN code or password
Just Good Prices Ltd accepts the following methods of payment:
- UK Credit and Debit Card payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Delta and Visa Electron . If you card has 3D Secure, then you'll need to enter the 3D Secure password as password (it's case sensitive) so that the 3D Secure authentication returns Fully Authenticated.
- cardholder is required to enter a previously agreed PIN code or password*.
- Bank Transfer BACS: Banks charge for money transfers, the buyer is responsible for all bank charges incurred
- Where cheques are used for payment they should be made payable to Just Good Prices Ltd, cheque payments must clear before any products can be dispatched.
- NHS Wheelchair Vouchers
- International Orders: Payment via Bank Transfer only, please remember to tell your bank to transfer the amount in sterling as per invoice, without deducting their charges from the payment.

Cancellations
We work hard to see that our products ship quickly. If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it a return. Please note that Special Oder and Made to Measure Products can not be cancelled, it is important that you are happy with the details of your order at the outset. Any products that are delivered via a Engineer incurred a restocking charge please see Terms and Conditions of sale.
Returns
Returned goods must be return to Just Good Prices Ltd within 7 working days, starting the day after you receive the goods.

Just Good Prices Ltd reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or repackaging of any products not returned in their original condition. This charge may include the cost of parts, materials, packaging, labour and any subsequent loss to Just Good Prices Ltd.
Warranty Information
Most new items have a 12 Month return to base warranty. Unless other wise stated. Items such as tyres, innertubes, gloves, some incontinence & bathing aids etc may have shorter warranties.
On-Site WarrantyOn-Site warranty means that in the event a product failure we will send an engineer out to either repair or replace the faulty product.
Return To BaseReturn to base warranty means if you run into any problems during the warranty period simply give us a call & we will establish over the phone which part is faulty. Then all you have to do is return the faulty part to us & we will either replace or repair the part and return it back to you. Customers are responsible for all carriage costs.

Just Good Prices Ltd holds information on its customers collected at the time of ordering for the processes of fulfilling the orders made. We WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties.
