The Scooter Cape gives protection for you and your Scoote The Rainguard cape gives protection for you and your Scooter. It passes over the rear of your seat and forward over the tiller. The clear front panel allows you to see your controls and your lighting system works as usual. The elasticated bottom edges prevent the Rainguard flapping up in the wind.
